PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

After installation, a check of the Plesk filesystem using 'plesk repair' reveals files that "have incorrect permissions" on them

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Install 18.0.32
Check system using:
plesk repair fs -verbose

ACTUAL RESULT

Daily system check right before update revealed no errors.
Attempted repair of the error using: plesk repair fs -verbose
Repair unsuccessful.

Quick update from my side: it doesn't seem to happen on Ubuntu 20.04.1.

FWIW We have none of the above issues after the completing the upgrade to Obsidian 18.0.32 when using the server setup shown in the forum signature

It is CentOS related issue.

Count me in, also on Centos release 8.2.2004 with same error output as posted above.

Really hope that this bug, for some reason, gives poor performance while using the GUI.
Don't think it does but a guy must have his wishes. Plesk is just a like a new born playing as a old born, resting on a new leased VPS (a month ago, 4C 8GB). Did use the auto-installation, no errors, but we will see. Everything seems to work perfect.

Fixed in 18.0.33: Change Log for Plesk Obsidian

After installation of or upgrade to Plesk Obsidian, the plesk repair fs command no longer mistakenly detects files with the incorrect permissions in /var/log/plesk. (PPPM-12584)
