errors after upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1

few BIG errors :
1. all created subdomains are pointed to main domain
2. access via FTP return 530 login error
3. apache has a strange error with " misspelling CustomLog "
in every domain httpd include
4. file manager in plesk return error
please help me to fix them
