Issue Errors nginx

Sometimes randomly site go down and stop answering with this errors:

[alert] 16169#0: *6114650 socket() failed (24: Too many open files) while connecting to upstream nginx
16169#0: *6118194 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while SSL handshaking to upstream nginx
16169#0: *6118431 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while connecting to upstream nginx
(70007)The timeout specified has expired: AH01075: Error dispatching request to : (polling) apache

and i must everytime restart apache for fix it.
work with php fpm apache 7.2
what i can do?
