Errors when updating plesk key

Hello, I recently received an email about "Plesk key update deferral notification".
I then tried to manually update the key from the plesk WEB GUI. And it still did not succeed, I get the following response:

Key Update Status
License key is not prolongated yet

After proceeding to troubleshoot the issue further, I confirmed, that my server can reach ka.plesk.com

telnet ka.plesk.com 5224
Trying 2001:67c:730::80...
Connected to ka.plesk.com.
Escape character is '^]'.

And when I try to run the update script manually from CLI I get:

How should I proceed? Thanks!

License key is not prolongated yet

Looks like that your key is expired and you need to contact your sales representative regarding this question.

Thanks, I have contacted cleverbridge regarding this issue, hopefully they will be able to reslove this.
