execute a binary script as cgi (swiftgen)

Hi

i want to execute a cgi script, for better understanding this is a binary exe and not a cgi (swiftgen.cgi).
i put the script in the cgi-bin but i cant execute it.
The browser tries only to donwload that
script.
What changes must i take to solve this problem.
I have activated cgi and mod_perl support.
