  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Guys,

I got expand 2.3 and two servers running Plesk 9.5 with one running as central Mail server...

whenever I add the plesk server to the central mail, it always results to this error:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no" ?>
<packet action_id="21748" version="2.3.2.17">
<assign>
<result>
<status>error</status>
<errcode>13608</errcode>
<errtext>[Operator] Mail content migrating failed. Migrating content from Plesk server #2 to mail server #1 failed: (4003) [Operator] PleskAgent error. (1007) [PleskAgent - GENERAL] inserted data is exist. User admin already exists</errtext>
</result>
</assign>
</packet>

Isn't that 'admin' is the default admin account of the plesk servers?

so this means I have to use the lower versions of plesk... thnx :D

IgorG:

I just want to ask, given that we already got license for 9.x and we need 8.x version for us to implement the setup that we want, is it possible for us to use the current 9.x license for 8.x or do we really need to purchase an 8.x license? is it possible to have our 9.x license traded to 8.x?

You can't use license for Plesk 9.x on Plesk 8.x. I suggest you contact your sales representative regarding this license related problem - it will be much more effectively.
