Hosted E-Mail Service

I am runnin Plesk 8.01 on an FC2 machine. I require webmail service regularly for my domains and I am not really liking Horde too much. I found the site http://domains.live.com where you can use hotmail email service for emails hosted on your domain. So you can have your [email protected] and use hotmail service to write and recieve emails. All I had to do was change my MX records to the ones specified by hotmail. The service works well but when I try to send emails from other domains on my Plesk server to my new hotmail address, I get a System Administrator Email rturned and it says:

Your message did not reach some or all of the inteded recipients.

When I send email to my new address from any other server or service it sends out fine and I receive it in my hotmail inbox. Just not from my server where the domain is hosted. The email accounts are not created on my server but rather in the live.com account manager. So I am assuming that plesk is noticing that the email address does not exist and is not sending it. If I create the email address with plesk, then the emails stay in the plesk inbox and dont ever get to my hotmail hosted service. I am lost, any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance,
Sham
