extract/read mail stored in a plesk 9.5 win backup

how i read mailbox message (.msg) stored in a plesk 9.5 backup without restore backup in a similar plesk hosting plan?

it exist any tools for conversion or equal solution to extract email?

anyone can help me or give me support/assistance for restore or extract this emails and forward them to another active mailbox?
