"Extras" and "Add Services" not showing

I have a 1and1 server that I recently upgraded and I am trying to buy a new SSL certificate through the control panel but the "Buy Cert" button seems to have disappeared...

I have looked for the "Add Services" button in the admin panel where I may have disabled it before the upgrade bit that is not there either.

What's going on with my server? Why can't I find any threads regarding the "Buy Cert" button on the 7.5 list, have all the extras been removed?
