Facebook link in control panel can be removed?

I purchased a Host license.Major customers in China.
There is a facebook link in the panel.But China does not allow access facebook.
This leads to a very slow access speed!
Can I remove this link?
If so, how to remove?

Add the following section in the configuration file /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/panel.ini If the file does not exist create a new one.
