I am trying to integrate the toolkit with WordPress and its show error and said unable to create new database, here is my website: theoncloudshoes.com, can anyone help me out?

1. Are there any limitations applied to the number of databases allowed for the service plan or the subscription assigned to the domain you are encountering the issue for? You can double-check that from your Plesk panel:

• Service plans > Example plan > Resources > Databases
• Subscriptions > example.com > left-hand side menu > Account section > Customize > Resources > Databases

2. Is the subscription in question suspended by any chance?
3. Is the subscription locked for syncing?

The error is due to either database user permissions or a limit on the number of databases your hosting plan allows. Check if your Plesk user has permission to create databases and whether you’ve hit any limits.
