Issue Fail2ban

Hi,

we have server Centos 6.5 with plesk 12.5.30 with fail2ban active.
Fail2ban block some ip addresses in "plesk-postfix" chain because of some authentication failures with method DIGEST-MD5.
This happens because our customers use Microsoft Outlook client which not support this type of authentication method, but these are all regular connections.

Do you know if is there a way to avoid this check?

Hi antonello,

Did you see Fail2Ban Jails Management ? You can add your customer in trusted IP addresses list. Or you can modify jail filter for "postfix-sasl" but be careful.
