I use FC4, and have this problem

ERROR: PleskFatalException

Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: Unable to get record from other DNS zone

any idea about this?

i also have this problem, and didn't (nfortunatly) found any solution over the forum and the google search engine.
the only différence is i'm under suse 9.364b but with plesk 8.1.1 too.

if someone have a solution, i'll read it with pleasure

hello

after two plan days over the web tosearch a solution on evry search engine i'm using i didn't found anything.
he plesk's file are crypted then impossible for me to trace, and no debug option to (then no backtrace automation).

Please help, i'm lost
