Failed domain creation

Hi,

When using Plesk 7.5.4 reloaded on my FreeBSD 5.4 Server the following error occurs on creation of an domain:

Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: Unable to create the DNS zone for domain: dnsmng failed: dnsmng failed: dnsmng: rndc: connect failed: connection refused
dnsmng: Error during rndc 'reload'

What is the problem here?

I bought Plesk 7.5.4 yesterday and got the same problem.

Anyone can slove it?
