Failed login to "Horde".

Hi,
I have a problem when I login to the 'horde webmail' in plesk.
when I login the screen give me 'login failed', while all information are correct.please help me as soon as possible.

If none of these threads and KB work, try the following:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng -a -v
