Hello,
I attempted to update my Windows Plesk 10.4.4 server from Micro Update #9 to Update #21. After all the files downloaded, I received the this error:
Could Not Find C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\tmp\MobileConnector-Monitor.sqlite
No need to update: difference in second between major upgrade and microupdate is bigger than threshold.
Subdomains zones were fixed.
ERROR: can't apply patch panel-10.4.4~patch21
Unable to set the object (C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\.aiupd_3592\ApplySecurity.exe.old) owner: (5) Access is denied.
Warning! Not all packages were installed.
Please check if your system services are operable.
Please try installing packages again later.
Please resolve this issue and try installing the packages again.
If you cannot resolve the issue on your own, contact product technical support for assistance.
