Failed to authenticate remoteAccessHash

Hi,
our postmaster adresses are full with these messages:

Subject: Cron <psaadm@xxxxxxx> /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/php /opt/plesk-billing/admin/sbin/runevents.php

[NON_LOGIN_APPx000591]: Failed to authenticate remoteAccessHash.

Since January we had over 50.000 e-mails on this account.

Any ideas to disable these messages? It seems they are generated every 5. minutes

It looks like Plesk Billing related problem.

But I am not using Plesk Billing - never had.

Do you have /opt/plesk-billing/admin/sbin/runevents.php file there?
If yes - find corresponding package with

rpm -qf /opt/plesk-billing/admin/sbin/runevents.php

and try to remove this package.
