After run the Security status, I'am unable for run some scripts, in this case some shortcute.js.php (from whmpress plugin)

I see now that wordpress toolkit, create a htaccess rule under folder:

wp-content with contente:

<FilesMatch "\.(?ihp)$">
<IfModule !mod_authz_core.c>
Order allow,deny
Deny from all
</IfModule>
<IfModule mod_authz_core.c>
Require all denied
</IfModule>
</FilesMatch>

How can allow running a plugin/script?

Try reverting the "Security of the wp-includes folder" security checker.
