Question Failed to restore a backup from another server

When we attempt to restore a backup we get an error :


The backup of the type reseller cannot be restored now. To restore it, log in as the backup owner and click this backup name in Backup Manager.

the backup originates from a different server which we want to replicate for testing purposes.

Could you please try ticking the “Upload backup files without a valid signature” checkbox while uploading the backup file? Alternatively, you can try recreating the original reseller user on the new server and attempting the restoration while logged with it.
