Failed to update Panel

Hello,
I have Plesk Panel 11.0.9 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit.
From 3 days I see "Failed to update Panel".
From "Updates and Upgrades" i see this error:

Unable to obtain the latest version of Parallels Installer: The required version '3.15.12' was not found on the server. This could happen because of configuration error at the download site. The MD5 checksum of the C:\ParallelsInstaller\ai.exe.tmp file does not match the value specified in the configuration file.


Can you help me ?

I download and run ai.exe, but receive this error:

Application error: The application was unable to starat correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.

I have Windows Web Server 2008 R2 64 bit.

0xc0000005 error means access denied. Please check if any antivirus installed in the server might block it.
