Fatal error: Call to undefined function of_get_key_by_product()

I have installed Plesk Panel 9.2.1 for Windows.
Everything works fine, sites, ftps, mails, etc., but i can't access administration area, give me the follow error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function of_get_key_by_product() in C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\common_func.php3 on line 4506

anyone can help?

yes, this is exactly error.
i already try this solution but don't works...i've done too repair plesk installation and nothing...
what could it be?

is now solved.
libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll the system32 that were in conflict.

I got the same problem, but I didn´t find these files in the system32 folder. Could it be something else or are these files located anywhere else?

I changed those files in C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder and worked fine. I found more solutions for this problem, can be other solution..
