(Sergey Kalmykov asked us to make this a Feature request.)
Parallels Plesk Panel can send subscription expiration notices.
Default is to send these 10 days in advance.
In our case we configured PP11 to send these 42 days in advance. This is due to the fact that a customer can end his subscription by sending a letter at least 30 days in advance to the expiry date of his subscription to end the subscription. If no such letter is received the subscription is renewed.
Now our customers will receive this subscription expiry notice every day for 42 days. This is quite annoying for most of our customers.
It would be nice if it were possible to send this subscription expiry notice only once on the configured day in advance of the expiry date. (This is also how it worked in the Plesk Panel 8.6 we used before we upgraded.)
Currently we run Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0.9 Update #19, last updated on October 19. Installed on Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64.
