• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I found this problems with the update log,
but I am running an older:

2.4.22-1.2115.nptlsmp

Does anybody know it has the same problems?

2. There is a problem with kernel-2.4.22-1.2197.nptl package distributed with Fedora Core 1.
quotactl() system call sometimes hangs, that cause Plesk and entire system to work unstable or hang.

A Would like to upgrade from 7.1.6

You'd be better off upgrading the kernel anyway ... newer usually means less bugs, more features and/or security updates.
