  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Input Feedback on Daily Scheduled Backup Listing in Backup Manager

CreaWeb

New Pleskian
This is one of the worst features Plesk has ever introduced.

The daily scheduled backups clutter the Backup Manager list, making it completely unorganized and hard to navigate. This design is neither user-friendly nor helpful.

I sincerely hope Plesk considers removing this feature as soon as possible to restore clarity and usability to the Backup Manager.

Does anyone else feel the same way?

Daily backups are a thing since almost ever, do you mean the hourly that got added not long ago? If so, you can disable them for customers and resellers and not enable it as admin.

Yes, but before, I could decide the backup cycle myself and control how many backups were stored.

Now it seems endless, and the overview in the Backup Manager dialogue window is absolutely catastrophic.
