fetchmail: certificate has expired

Hello.

When I do a ssl-secured fetchmail to one domain of my Plesk-server (Plesk 7.5, Red Hat Enterprise), "fetchmail -v" complains about

"fetchmail: Warning: server certificate verification: certificate has expired"

I'm also receiveing mails about "The certificate for plesk has expired", so I created a new certificate via the Plesk control panel and with suggested "genkey" (suggested by that mails). But the cert for mail is still expired...

Can anybody help me, what to do to get a new (selfsigned) cert for mail?

TIA, insel
