"File Manager" and "Summary" seem to lock up Plesk?

Hey all -

Our Plesk install works fine except for File Manager, Summary, and other functions that use 'reconfigurator.exe' or 'filemngr.exe.'

When you click on the 'File Manager' button under the domain (we only have 1 domain running on the server), it sits at the "Loading..." point forever and does not return.

On the Server computer itself, the "filemng.exe" process is launched and runs but never returns/finishes. We have to kill the 'filemng.exe' process manually.

This happens when accessing the "File Manager" or the "Summary" buttons, and presumably any other function which uses 'filemng.exe'

We have a fairly standard install, with the exception of switching Plesk from running on Apache to running under IIS as it's own website. Could this be causing our problem?

I've created a ticket already, just trying out the forum community as an additional avenue of help.

Thanks in advance for any comments,
-Brad

FYI - We're using Plesk 8.1.1 with Windows 2003 Server + SP1.
