• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

File Manager ot showing Directories named as numerics

We're running 7.5.3 and have a directory that contains other directories all named as numerics-only (0, 1, 2 etc.), but Plesk File Manager refuses to display them even though its counter shows that it knows they're there. This only seems to occur when the number of directories exceeds more than a single page.

Additionally, if you then use Search to look for let's say "9", then it does manage to show *some*, but not all, of the directories.

screen-paste showing counter of 119 directories, but no display...

1-1 [domain] / httpsdocs / files items of 119 total Pages: First << 1 2 >> last Number of entries per page: 10 25 100

screen-paste showing search for "1" which does display some of the directories...

3 [domain] / httpsdocs / files items found Pages: First << 1 >> last Number of entries per page: 10 25 100

127 4.00 KB April 5, 2005 team psacln rwx rwx rwx

3 team.pages.com.au / httpsdocs / files items found Pages: First << 1 >> last

Any ideas why we're seeing this behaviour?

Thanks,
