• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • Our UX team believes in the in the power of direct feedback and would like to invite you to participate in interviews, tests, and surveys.
To stay in the loop and never miss an opportunity to share your thoughts, please subscribe to our UX research program. If you were previously part of the Plesk UX research program, please re-subscribe to continue receiving our invitations.

Issue No Plesk look, and NO images showing on site!

JonD

New Pleskian
Hello and thank you all for support, here!

Problems using W7 pro,

1. when I login to my "File Manager" it does NOT look anything like any cPanel / Plesk screen shots in pictorials, videos, etc. Just a single line of files and folders on the left side of the page.

2. Uploaded all my files to "Root folder" in the domain named httpdocs (and htdocs) folder(s) where directed to do so, and only 1 of 12 Images are showing on web page.
a. So I added an "image folder" named images, and also uploaded all of the same images into that folder also.
Still only ONE showing on web page of my site, as only empty dotted line boxes showing, no images no matter what extension they are!
b, All were showing in my Web Page builder, on "PREVIEW," and same, before I moved site and nameservers to new host.
c. New host says to "get support" at Plesk, so I be here now!

Thank you for support!

Hey thanks....

Yes....I have "root" access to my files!

I think it shows on the attached pic....
but NOT to the actual Plesk Control Panel, as it also shows on the attached screen shot.
Shows Plesk page, the ROOT, with my domain name, and files showing an all!

I had the Plesk Control Panel Look 3 weeks ago, and it looked great, but now I'm using Opera, and Iron browsers on W7 Pro and Duckgo browser, on Android, and it doesn't look correct, now!

And I had all my pics showing on my previous host, but not now!
NOW....They flash of a millisecond, and than don't load.
You know, like the Plesk Control Panel NOT showing, neither!

Thank you for a fast reply!
