File Manager

When trying to access to File Manager get this error:

FileList::init() failed: ls_dir_wrapper() failed: Unable to get file (D:\inetpub\vhosts\emofields.com) attributes: (5) Access is denied.

Have you tried disabling and then re-enabling the account?

try restarting plesk control panel and plesk sql server services

same problem for me....
FileList::init() failed when i try to open filemanager....and username & password prompt when i try to open new pages.

well, i solved the problem doing this:

1) backup of the httpdocs to another directory
2) delete de domain (not the client) , and add the domain again (don't forget to setup)
3) then copy the files (from the backup) to the httpdocs again.

go to httpdocs permission and add the IUSR_username permissions , it will work again

done but nothing...now i solved the user and password prompt popup...but not the fileman from plesk!
