File Problems when used as a game redirect

Ok I have several clients asking why their accounts aren't functioning as a game redirect. For anyone unfamiliar i can elaborate
Games pull files from a web folder instead of inside a game
Ill provide an example of my problem

1st link will work fine 2nd wont but both files are existing in the folder

Can someone point me into the right direction on how to get this to work I'm going to lose a lot of accounts over this If I can't resolve

had bad link in original post fixed so you can see the problem now

Problem fixed

Fixed problem only had to add file type to Mime
