Resolved File sharing Give error

i set up passwords and folder name in ,, tools -->file sharing settings

when i open file share tab in my subscription it give me this error

Internal error: Error in cURL request: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

how can i solve this

it's on windows server 2012

and the domain has dedicated ip and ssl
when i try to access the site from the ip (not the domain) it not work (err connection) but it work good with domain and ping ip is responding

i did the setup of default domain in : tools-->ip settings --> choosed the ip and made the default domain and ssl

i noticed that all shared ip or (dedicated ip that not assinged to website) open default plesk page ,, only dedicated ip assigned to website give ( err connection reset )

any solution for this ??

anyone could help in this ,, how could i make the ip be accessible, i think this is the problem ??

Usually this issue caused due to the binding for port 443 is not configured in IIS.
In order to fix the issue you should:

- Add a bindings to the "Default Web Site" for 443 port.
- Enable the option, Tools & Settings->File Sharing->Enable "Generate secure links to files and folders"
