File Sharing no other user

I created users for file sharing. This user can't connect to my shared web adress.
Plesk itself accept account data username and password if i try to connect with a new user. But with Windows i get only connect to the server and username and password will be not accepted windows ask and ask me for data.

Why only the admin will be accepted and not other users? What i'm doing wrong?

Nobody out there with a solution? I mean, if no other user will be able then is file sharing totally useless...

There is a bug in right system. If i gave users rights to upload files than they have also filesharing. Application Vault does not accept filesharing out of box, but every tutorial i found in web say other things.
Will open a ticket, cause if a user have full access to files, then also to files via explorer from webspace.
