Resolved Filemanager opens wrong domain

I´m using Plesk Obsidian Web Admin Edition Version 18.0.38 Update Nr. 2 on my Debian 10 dedicated Server. My default browser is Firefox with version 91. I´ve got the following issue/ bug.

The filemanager open the wrong domains after update "18.0.38 Update #1". The workaround to fix this issue, is reload the page. After reload, the desired page is shown. The same issue is also with other browsers.

Thanks for moving my thread, I dont have enough posts to report a bug. Maybe someone else can confirm these issue and report it.
