• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

If I want to activate my firewall in plesk on modules, there always come an error:
Code:
Error: Could not activate firewall configuration:

safeact: safeact: /opt/psa/var/modules/firewall/firewall-new.sh failed:
modprobe: Can't open dependencies file /lib/modules/2.6.18-028stab031.1-openvz-enterprise/modules.dep (No such file or directory)
iptables v1.2.11: can't initialize iptables table `nat': Table does not exist (do you need to insmod?)
Perhaps iptables or your kernel needs to be upgraded.

Hello Grex,
I have the same problem... did you find a solution?

Hi,

In order to manage by filewall inside virtual Private Server (if I ge tyou right Plesk installed on VE),
Firewall modules should be enabled first.
Read swsoft Knowledge Base article to know how to enable firewall in a VE:
http://kb.swsoft.com/en/746

Also, detailed information about loading iptables modules you can find in Virtuozzo documentation: VzLinuxUG.pdf (Chapter 12, page 253)
located here: /vz/Rel300sp1/docs/
