is that standard firewall setup - is it strong/good?

It includes some services that you might not need. For example the "Customer and business manager", "single sign-on", "PostgreSQL", "Tomcat", "Samba", "Plesk VPN". You can disable all that you are not using anyway.

You may want to add one extra ruleset for FTP passive ports. See Cannot connect to FTP in passive mode for details.
