  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

First http website access delayed after upgrade to Plesk 9.0.1

We upgraded Plesk 8.4 to 9.0.1 on Win2003
It worked properly except one thing :

If we try to access a website for the first time (it doesn't matter if we do that local or remote
or which browser we use) it suddenly takes about 15 seconds until the website opens. As soon
as a w3wp.exe process is running for that website it is possible to access the website without
delay.

This problem belongs to all websites.

This means the startup of the w3wp.exe process got problems.

The question is why ?

Plesk re-configurator isn't able to get rid of this problem.
IIS6 settings are looking fine.

Got w3wp.exe damaged or the Winsock2.
Are the Plesk ISAPI filter faulting.

I have no idea what happend during the upgrade to Plesk 9.0.1

Mail and FTP is working fast and fine.

Is there anybody out there who have a hint for me. Thanks.
