First mailgroup: maximum number of mail groups has been reached for this domain!?

When trying to activate a new mailgroup for a new domain I'm getting the following error: "Error: maximum number of mail groups has been reached for this domain." but this is the first mailgroup for the domain. It seems that the mailgroup limit must be set to 0, but I can't find any setting anywhere that allows me to change the limit.

Any suggestions?

Update: Ignore the above, I just found the mailgroup limit option in the limits section!
