Fixed Width Template - Center justified not 100% width

Is there a way to create SB websites that are fixed width center justified as this has become a much more popular method of developing sites and controlling the layout of graphics etc. It would be much easier to upload a new header that actually stayed in place and have the layout refrain from stretching across the entire screen.

Most people are using large screens and higher resolutions forcing the SB pages to stretch to ridiculous widths.

I'm a web developer and graphic designer and I'm looking to start adding templates to my offerings. Can I make fixed-width templates to add to my system?

any advice on this would be greatly appeciated.

As I know right now Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder (PPS) templates have fluid width but not fixed one. You can check some details here also (information related to Windows templates for PPS):

I have also passed this information to developers as a feature request for future PPS versions.
