    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Flash Communication Server

This is a good question. I have window and linux virtuoozo boxes and I have tried installing Windows FCS and Plesk player and can not get them working in virtuozzo for windows.
 
No, there is no such feature planned in further versions.
