FollowSymlinks in Control Panel?

Hi All,

I'm running Plesk 10.2.0 on Virtuoso.

I make daily backups for all my customers. I've made a script to make symlinks of these backups to the domain folder:
/var/www/vhosts/<domain>/backups/<symlink>

Now, when I try do access a backup from the control panel I get an access denied error. I tried changing the rights on the file (755 clientnamesalcn) and the directory, but I get an error when I try to download a file:

Error: Failed to open the file: permission denied.

I can't see anything in the error log (/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log)
