Does the 'forgot password' feature simply not work on Plesk 7.5 Reloaded?
I have purchase a dedicated virtual server with 7.5 Reloaded pre-installed from a reputable company. Below is their response to my question of why the password retieval feature did not work......
'Unfortunately this is the default plesk installation. The forgot password feature is not available. You may be able to contact http://forums.sw-soft.com and obtain more information about it from there.'
Anyone have any idea how I can enable this feature?
