Form Handler

Does Plesk have a site-wide form-to-mail handler? I need to handle form-mail for a few clients but I'd prefer to avoid enabling PHP or CGI on their accounts. Assuming one isn't already installed, is there an apache conf file I can add a ScriptAlias to without having it overwritten at some point in the future, like the individual domain ones?
