Forum module and Spam

Hi,

One of our customers who uses the Forum module is getting lots of spam posts. There is catpha functionality but its obviously not working right as they have been able to get around it as these arent being posted manually.

Is this a known issue or is there a fix for it?

They are able to create new topics as well as add comments.
