redirect urls when moving pages

Hello,

I have some folders (sub-domains) I want to move to a totally new web sites. Is there any way to set up on plesk forward (redirect) urls and/or directory to to go a new web site? I know when I had cpanel there was a feature to do that however on plesk I can't seem to find that feature.

Can someone please advise?
Thank you
Kimberly

Once you have physical hosting setup in Plesk, you cannot "forward" the domain to another. You can however, delete the domain, then set it up again as forwarded instead of physical hosting. I do not know of any way to forward "directories" within Plesk.

I think there is a way in htaccess with redirect match permanent.

I have to research it some more. On cpanel I could do that with a feature the software offered but on plesk is it a matter of putting in the plesk htaccess folder which is just as easy. Actually might be a big easier.
