Free email support... how?

Hello,

I am referring to the following page:

How do I email support? If I go via the regular 'Support' option, I am advised that it will cost.

I have purchased an Unlimited Domains license directly from Parallels (Parallels Plesk Panel 11.x and 10.x for Linux - Unlimited Domains).

I am still having issues with the Firewall module on a clean Plesk install as per this thread:

I would therefore like to try the email support avenue.
