Issue Frequent failures on update attempts of ImunifyAV updates, e.g. rustbolit-*.*.rpm

Since a while, at least a month, we are experiencing frequent issues with upgrades of ImunifyAV components.

a) Some files are not downloading properly. Sometimes these files sit in the update queue for for days or longer.

b) ImunifyAV files are often listed by PUM as "to be updated", e.g. showing in the Plesk interface that there are 2 updates for the server, but actually these have already been downloaded during the nightly maintenance. This is annoying, because admins have to check if a "real" update is ready for installation. It's a waste of time, and it's been an issue for about a year now. For example, PUM is reporting

- imunify-antivirus 8.8.1-1 vom Repository imunify360 (derzeit installierte Version: 8.7.4-1 vom Repository imunify360)
- imunify360-venv 2.6.2-1 vom Repository imunify360 (derzeit installierte Version: 2.6.1-1 vom Repository imunify360)

but when you then try to update these, PUM says, they have already been updated.

I should add that the issue prevents other updates in the same queue to complete, because PUM stops the update process when one of the items in the queue cannot be downloaded in full.
