Frequent Timeouts

Hi All,

Just setup a server and getting frequent timeouts within websites simply viewing pages. A total of 1 domain on the server. CPU measures virtually 0% utilization, no network traffic. Turned off all anti-virus, same issue.

2K3 Windows, Plesk 8.3, CF 8

Any hints anyone would care to offer?
