• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

FrontPage Extensions not working properly

Hi ...

I have a dedicated root server I lease that came with Plesk 7.5. Some of the domains I have added work fine with FP extensions.

But for two of them, I get an error when I try to log in with FP, and when I try to visit the admin page for FP.

When I remove FP extensions in Plesk 7.5, the _v* directories disappear, and then the whole site becomes "forbidden" and unreachable. So, I re-inistall the FP extensions, and the site works again, but FP will still not connect, and the fp admin page doesn't exist. Can you please assist? Thanks a lot...

Steve

Do you have a default index page? What is written in the domain error_log when you have the FP extensions removed and you try to access the site?
