FRONTPAGE extention

FrontPage Extensions - ?
We have installed FrontPage Extensions onto our webserver (Windows), Extended the site, but Plesk does not "see" Frontpage as being available. So when i open the control panel for that site, under accounts, Frontpage is not checked even though I created a subscription and checked all the front page boxes.

Is anyone else using FPSE, if so are you buying the licenses? Please help
