FTP 530 Login authentication failed

Hi,

On two Parallels Plesk Panel 10.3.1 MU#6 servers same problem.
530 Login authentication failed
Login failed.

I already read http://kb.odin.com/en/111702.

Those servers are not domain controllers. 1x Windows 2008 Web 1x Windows 2008 R2 Standard with only IIS role configured.

Try to use SFTP.
Explain which types of credential did you use?
